Does anyone stretch before and /or after? I’m on week 4 and can’t aeem to find any advice on the app? I read somewhere we should not stretch before a run but should after.... any ideas?

I stretch before and after and I find the before stretches help me not get sore thighs after a run, like I was before I started stretching. I use the ones on the 100% army fit app ( not that I am 100% Army Fit I hasten to add) it’s just my daughter had downloaded the app for us to try. And they are not too taxing and seem to work for me.
I would like to know this too as I have heard different opinions on it!
Most professionals say that you should do dynamic (I.e. moving) stretches before running, and static stretching afterwards. I stick to this and find it works. Look up running warmups and you can find lots of ideas. Good luck!
