Well I have a weakness in my right knee. Tried to my 20 minute run again today and failed as I have the wrong knee support for running. Now I have to payout £30 for the right running support ☹️
So today I did 10 minutes running, 20 minutes cross training then 10 minutes running again. Also started some leg strengthening exercises to help support my knee, I hope that works. I’m good at giving advice but I’m terrible at taking it.
I have knee problems and my physio recommended a lot of core strengthening exercises to help to support the knee. The right shoes are also a must too. Good luck.
