and then you need some exercises for strengthening and stretching the muscles..advice like this is readily available...
"...stretch out your calves by doing a runner’s stretch: Step your right foot forward and lower into a lunge with your fingertips on the floor, then straighten your right leg, hold, and repeat on the other side. This helps keep tight muscles in your lower legs from putting pressure on this area."

If there is real pain.. stop running until it is healed... if you carry on it will get worse. It is too early to be on the IC
