As a present for graduating Couch to 5K, I went and had gait analysis done at Run 4 it in Bridge of Allan (highly recommend the shop if you’re Central Scotland based) and got these beauties! Brooks Ghost 10 as I have a weaker left leg and pronation! They feel amazing, I can not wait to get out tomorrow morning!

Every year I watch the London Marathon and think to myself I’m going to get out and get fit, well this year, I can sit on the couch and feel pleased with myself as I’ve got off my butt and got all the way to graduation, I’m not anywhere close to running a marathon but at least I’m moving in the right direction.
