I have seen the lights (they go on my shoes)

Wk3 D2 went OK, took myself to the park after work and, after a bit of dilly-dallying in the car, managed to get out and go for my run. I am finding it easier, still amazed at how my stamina's come along in 3 weeks (The 3 minutes is not a doddle but it's not as hard as I thought it was) Thus, feeling triumphant, I went home, picked up HTB and together we got him his own shoes and running socks...after which he thoughtfully treated me to lunch (since it was coming up for 3pm and I had breakfast somewhere around 9am-ish)

And, much to my delight, when we got home, my running lights had finally arrived!

Ooh they look good! I haven't bought any shoe lights - yet! (But you have just reminded me I could change the batteries in my shoelaces while I give my assorted electronics a few more minutes to charge before I go out...!)

I had one from Santa but the batteries conked within seconds! Not managed to unscrew the battery compartment yet 😁

the thought of it is worse than doing it, just get on and do it, I always feel better after I've done my run
