Well done for getting here! This is the place to come to when you want to shout with joy about your achievements - or when you're doubting whether you can actually do this! Make this the thing you stick at! You can do it 🙌

Good man!

Check in on the forum every so often to keep your motivation up (if you need it), there is so much positivity around.

Good luck and keep us updated on progress.

Before I started this program I was a 22 stone 46yr old father. Last September I joined Slimming World and then started C25k in January. I’m now 5 stone lighter and running 3 x 5K runs a week. Both the weight loss and the running are things I thought were impossible last year, so for that I cannot praise both SW and C25K enough.

Both these programs were life changes for me.

Good luck with your progress and I look forward to your future updates 👏🏻.
