Faster or further

I have graduated today 🏆🎈🎉 and my pace is 4K in 30 mins. After doing a parkrun on Saturday and feeling ok after doing the 5k in 37 mins I think I am going to build up over the next 2 or 3 weeks to 37 mins on a regular basis. Then in time I hope to naturally increase my pace to 5k in 30 minutes. Wish me luck with my post app plan 😄

Great plan ClarriePan...there is no rule about doing 5k in 30 mins though renember, and the more normal comfy pace running you do, the stronger you will become...

You are doing brilliantly already 😊x

Thanks Bluebirdrunner. I feel that I need targets, so I’ll try to get to 5k in 30 minutes but I’m not going to put any time pressure on it. If it takes 3 months that’s fine or even longer.

Congratulations.

Have you read the guide to post C25K running? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It may give you some pointers.
