Painful

Ran week one with a few aches but all good. Completed week two first run and my knee areas are still in agony even after several days. It hurts just below the knees on the inside and is just so painful. I'm so disappointed not to be able to get out there

Thank you Tammy. I will wait till the pain goes and give them a go. Bit too sore at the moment

Seek medical advice before you go out again as you don’t want to make it worse. Get the all clear first and ask for advice on some kind of support for your knees ok

We are here for you, whether you need advice, a confidence boost or a kick up the bum. The guys and gals here are awesome.

Thanks Steve. I think what did it was when she said you should land on the back of your foot first. So I thought hmmm I must be doing this wrong. I should have just stuck with running how my body wanted to as was fine during week one. Lesson learnt. I'm going to wait until I Am not in pain then start again. I don't think I have done too much damage but if I still have problems after a week or so will see my physio. Thanks for your advice and encouragement
