Listen to your body. You don't have to move to week 2 until you are ready. If you push too hard you are more likely to give up. Do week one again 😊 good luck
Jo Whiley said today that no two runs are the same and she's right , I would never complete this programme if I kept going back all the time
Trust the programme and most of all believe in yourself

If you did the runs move to the next week. The programme is structured for progression so you dont have to think about it yourself. Each week prepares you for the next week.
You can do it👍🏼

If you move on, you might just surprise yourself. You can't fail this programme unless you go permanently back to the couch. Why repeat a week that you know you can do? Why not keep up the impetus.
If you do not complete a run, then you repeat it, not an earlier easier week. This is as much about building your self belief as it is about putting one foot in front of the other. Runners require belief......otherwise how does anyone ever start, never mind finish a 100 mile race.
Go nice and slow and you can do this.
Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If you finished the runs completely move on, but slowly , and then more slowly
