Been advised by nhs physio not to run, but I've never experienced any pain when running. Having said that, i hardly ever run. I've just started c25k and want to complete it. Anyone else with same condition doing well?

It is not up to us to go against professional advice. Normally physio will say no running for now, at Your next appointment stress that you want to get back to running and see what timeframe they give you for your recovery.

Sorry to hear of your condition. I have found following my physio’s advice has worked well for me. They are experts in their field so definitely know better than most of us non medics.
