So I haven't posted for a while. But just an update. Graduated the C25K a while ago and decided to not do the 10K program. Been running with my students consistently. 1/2 Mile, PACER (beep test), lunch runs including the NHS Couch to 5K+ as well as running on my own. I usually try to get in one long run in each week. I have a couple of different routs, one is 5 miles and one is about 6. Here is my latest run. Only thing that is disappointing to me is that mile 5 was in 9:02, the rest range from 8:37-8:54. I hope to get all times under 9:00 and eventually want to get them under 8:30 each.
