First post grad run outsde

Completed my first post grad run after three twelve and a half hour shifts. Managed 5k but tough going. Glad it’s over x

Awesome job. I ran late evening too ran was actually quite nice I managed to run for 40 minutes and I was pleased with the extra 10 minutes of running that i pushed myself to do. Total running time 40mins and that was 5k yay

I’m managed it in 38 mins quite chuffed done 41 mins on treadmill last run so not bad really but been up since 05.30 shattered

Yeh that's my normal work hours too it's tough fitting it in but at least running doesn't involved having to get to gym classes and making arrangements. I like the go when you can opportunities.

Yes that’s why I like it you can fit it in when suits but hard after a long day don’t think I could do it after a long night. Looking forward to better weather only had two layers tonight not three so getting better
