Well done you.

Is an early morning start your only option.?

What time did you do runs on your previous attempts

How far did you get in the programme?

What difficulties did you experience?

Thinking it is getting late and you have an early rise?

Good luck and good grit for your run tomorrow - let us know how you get on....👍

Thanks for the tips and support all. I was up and out by 6am which for me is unheard of (since the last time I tried!) That was the biggest hurdle for me to get over today, the urge to roll over and start tomorrow!

Tbae unfortunately mornings are the only time I have free at the moment, I do prefer it tho daytime/evening runs as there is hardly anyone around, I'm quite self conscious when I run!

My big problem is I set unrealistic goals and look too far ahead, I used various apps which tracked speed, distance and pace and as soon as I stopped seeing consistent improvement I gave up. I tried to run before I could walk so to speak! This is different in the fact all I have to do is go at my own pace until Sarah Millican tells me to stop, I'm not trying to beat anyone, not even myself!

Fingers crossed I stick to it!!

Thanks again all!

Well done! I’m not a morning person but much like you it’s the only time I can do it, I too was up at 0600 this morning and out by 615. It was so hard this morning, we still have loads of snow and slush in Stirlingshire, the 5 minute walk to the lane I run in was the worst part but thankfully a lovely farmer had gone and cleared the road (could see more black road than white snow) that I run along. I’ll think you if you on Wednesday when we’re out at the crack of dawn and give you a wee cheer!

Good luck. Don't try to look too far ahead. Just one run at a time. It took me several false starts before I completed the programme - but it's worth it. Best thing I ever did !!

Well done on getting out for the first run. You've started now and we'll keep you on track 😉

Hello, today is also my reset Day 1 run. I got to wk7 in Nov but had to stop, so if I can do this so can you! Tag me when you've done your first re-run and we'll compare notes :).

How did you do?

Yep, go for it👍 one run at a time and don't compare results, just get through them. You'll get there. 😁🌟
