Put it on a slight incline (1%?) which helps mimic wind resistance. And then just find your brisk walk pace (as high as you can go without needing to run on it). For your run, increase it by about 1kmph, but know that you might need to turn it up or down from that depending on your natural pace. Don't try to run to a speed, listen to your body and change the speed according to that. You will probably get very warm on that treadmill (short sleeves are recommended) or possibly have a drop in motivation so a good playlist or podcast helps.
