ToughMudder Half

So I did W2R1 again tonight on my normal route and was pleased to see I was roughly on the same pace with roads as I was in the countryside. I do the ToughMudder Half in May (5miles and 13 obstacles) and with luck, if I keep this up, I might have the stamina to do it

You should be fine for your TM half. The running part of obstacle races is sufficiently broken up by the obstacles that you have a good chance to recover between each run section. I would suggest wokring on your grip strength as well in the meantime. Hanging on to things and hauling yourself up things is a significant part.

Thanks for the advise. The running at the moment is in part to help build up my general stamina level as well but there are a few out door gyms near me that I can use for upper body exercises
