Break in runnning

I completed week one two weeks ago and due to illness haven't started week two . I am skiing next week and so when i come back will be three weeks without running , any thoughts should i do week one again or risk starting back at week two,

Personally I would start again. If it's easy, then just enjoy the breeze. It's only one more week after all.

Start again... use it as a gentle warm up.. enjoy it and move on with confidence:) Enjoy your skiing too :)
