Just completed W4 run 2 I have a burning left foot which is causing me pain. I have brought some moisture socks, loosened my trainer taped my foot and still get the pain - any recommendations?!

Pain? Get it checked out! (Not sure what you mean by burning - skin (rash?) ? Sole of foot burning pain?)

But then after you recover, make sure you have proper running shoes fitted after gait analysis etc. And probably whatever else your doc / physio suggests. There's a whole FAQ in the pinned posts with lots of important tips :)

Oh and i'm sure someone more experienced will be along in a minute to offer more experienced advice :)

Shoes not breathable, too tight, nerve damage, see the doc if you can't correct the problem..
