Running whilst I’m away..

I’m away teaching on a course which usually mean, after a days lectures if there’s an he spare I just chill in my room before dinner. Except yesterday I stuck my trainers on, playlist on, found an industrial estate and got W3D1 done!! I’m thinking, and only thinking at this stage of getting W3D3 done early in the morning before breakfast!!! I think I’m starting to enjoy this!!!!

Running while away on work or holidays is the best. New routes, new areas to explore that you wouldn't have seen otherwise. And I feel extra virtuous.

However I usually take my dig with me but she’s not allowed to come training with me!!! 😂😂😂
