Nipped out for a run in the bright sunshine earlier. My, it’s cold today, and that wind........so strong and so bitter (I’m in the Midlands). What with that and the mud due to last night’s very heavy rain. I had to remain mindful of this being another rehabilitation run and take the muddy, heavy ground and wind resistance into account.
So anyone on the programme getting out there in these conditions, if you think it’s tough today don’t worry, it is tough.........you are doing great just getting out there!

Just about to head out, I'll put another layer on as I can see the trees in my garden (in North Yorkshire) blowing about- thanks for the heads up.
Weren't going out in just a t shirt were you? Need at least 2 layers!😁
Was out yesterday just above freezing with the wind chill in Ron Hill leggings, compression top, long sleeve shirt and a jacket, and running cap, all breathable so comfy..😊
