Hi. I've just graduated this week so I hope it's still ok to use the forum for queries. I haven't run since Monday due to weather conditions. I'm worried I'm going to lose stamina, but I usually do 3 exercise classes in a week. fitness pilates , Hiit and straightroward aeobics. Will they be enough to keep up my stamina till I can get outside again?

Weather!
Maybe I should tell you now that you are allowed three post graduation enquiries only..............but I won't, because you are welcome here as long as you wish to visit........some of us have never left.
Your non running exercise may well maintain your general stamina and fitness, but that is probably not directly transferrable to running. The good news is that you are unlikely to notice any reduction in running condition until you have missed two weeks or more.
You are not the only one.
You are going to be fine! If you can do a walk or two even better, but at the moment you have only missed a couple of days.
This forum loves graduates to continue to share 👍🏼
Well, I'm still on here, as you have probably noticed! I'm also on the Bridge to 10k forum, which is full of familiar faces. They welcome enquiries too. I'm not running 5k yet, but they said that was fine. I switch between the two. It's nice and helpful to answer queries on the c25k forum.
