My new Asics Fujiattack 5 trail shoes are well and truly muddied

Uphill and down dale, over stiles, through gates, through deep mud and along rutted, rocky tracks, then back via tarmac, the shoes never slipped once. Very comfortable too.

I need some of those! Are they comfortable on roads too?

Yes, thats why I got them. They are hard wearing and light for trail shoes, I mean they feel like road shoes on the road but are super grippy on mud and rock off road. . But they are vanishing fast if you want this model, as it’s been supersceded. The successor looks great too.

Try them first. They are tighter in the forefoot than a lot of shoes. I went up a size.
