Where to run?

Anything that works.
I just tried a treadmill for the first time in 20+ years this week to give me a backup plan. It’s very different to running outside - in good and bad ways for me. But the programme is about running which you can do outside or on a treadmill.
When I did c25k the first time I started in November and was struggling to go out and was making exercises with the weather so I signed up to the gym and did it on a treadmill, i found it wasn’t the same as going out for a run- it was easier but it was the only way to motivate myself!
I do - when the weather is so icy and dangerous that outside is impossible. Not enjoyable for me though.

Running is running wherever you do it.
