I have a cross trainer that I hop on to on my rest days and sometimes if I want a longer pre run warm up.

Ha ha , my youngest has just done 16km on it 😂 got to fight them off for me to get on 😂will definitely use on run rest days 😁 can’t wait to have proper go later 😁
