It was all going so well! but picked up a calf strain in Wk7r3, not severe but went again straight away at first run in wk8. looks like there is no way around taking a few weeks off. using this as a guide ouh.nhs.uk/patient-guide/le...

It seems like a common injury, do i have to go back wks in the plan when i am able to start running again?

If you check out some of my past posts..it is slow recovery process! Best to see a good registered Sports Physio too...ouch!!!

Thanks Oldfloss I will persevere, cant wait until I can jump like that (and run the 10k of course!)
