Life after C25k

It's been a busy week and I had stomach bug midweek so haven't run since Sunday when I graduated. I loved every minute of today's run, did 30 mins but somehow enjoyed it more without Sarah telling me I "only" had 5 minutes left 😂😂

I'm averaging about 3.7 k in 30 mins, so lots of work to do until I can reach 5k but I m alright with that, Rome wasn't built in a day!

Well done for getting back out there today schmooo - Tough being unwell so close to your climactic grad run - don’t worry about your pace my last run was slower than that! I would say just enjoy a few runs keeping them gently increasing if you want to. The important thing is to keep running and try not to lose your mojo.
