After a false start this morning, I’ve gone and done it!!!

After abandoning my run this morning due to icy pavements and slipping, I’ve managed to get back out and I’ve actually graduated!!!! 🎉

9 weeks ago I couldn’t run the length of myself so I actually can’t believe I’ve managed it. Thanks to everyone who has supported me - you’ve been brilliant!

Best bit for me was completing the 20 minute run for the first time. We were away at a caravan park and I can still remember the feeling when I achieved it.

I’ve downloaded the 10K app but will spend 2-3 weeks redoing week 9 to build up my stamina and speed before moving on. I’m looking forward to the journey with you all. X
