Finished week 2, find it easier to run in the mornings than after a day at work. Getting a bit of pain in my right shin, but not too awful. Running on a concrete track at the moment but going to try compact mud track tomorrow for W3R1 and see how I feel. All good and looking forward to tomorrow ☺

Make sure you stretch after every run. Running on concrete could cause some aches so it's a good idea to try a softer surface.

You can also self massage your shins while sitting. Just use a little oil and get in there 😕

Well done for ticking off the first two weeks.
