Oh my word - what a beautiful photo but then I was a goth once too - my kids wince when they see the photos(!) which bring back a lot of great memories for me!!)🙂

Hahaha!!! Yes!! The smell of crimped hair and hairspray! It used to take me *hours* to get ready to go out. I was at Uni in Manchester- used to frequent a club called The Banshee. Two floors- ground level for the rock guys (acres of spandex and ripped denim) and the basement (of course) for the Goths. Velvet and lace as far as the eye could see, which wasn’t very far coz it was so dark and smoky. I loved it!

No, I carry a torch in case. After about ten mins the eyes adjust to the dark- it’s amazing how much you can see. I also wear a very un-Goth hi viz running jacket. Plus we’re way out in the sticks here- very little traffic if at all!

No! I skulk around in the dark...
