Week 7 run 1 just completed and a psychological barrier shattered. I can jog for 25 mins!
Now over the last seven weeks I have turned from Jo, to Sarah to Michael and back to Sarah.
I decided that one of the greatest living athletes was not the one for me. Sarah on the other hand I can imagine plodding away like me, red faced and out of puff.
Psychologically Sarah and ‘Going Home’ got me through this mornings 25 mins.
Well done. Great run. I can see your point about Sarah. Yes, I can see her plodding along with us. Whatever works for you is good. Enjoy the rest of week 7. You must feel wonderful 😀
I am never sure if we actually choose our coaches or subliminally they choose us. Whichever way it doesn't matter the fact is you are running for exactly how many minutes .... 25 minutes running.... that is serious stuff and a great achievement. Well done you
