Ok so tomorrow I would be due to start week 6... I ache a lot though after week 5, run 3 so am in two minds... is there anything I can do to aid recovery and am I just better off getting on with it and biting the bullet or delaying a few days x

Extra rest days are ok in preparation for longer runs...listen to your body & not those pesky gremlins....if you feel up to it, get it done, if not, wait another day & nail it BIG TIME!!

If I remember correctly I had the same feeling after week 5 run 3, but week 6 is a little bit easier, because week 5 was about challenging the mind: you can run longer than you think you can! So just continue the program!
