Hi fellow ex-potatoes, I’m a 52 yo following the C25k. Never ran in my life. Not pretending I’m finding it easy but it does feel good!

So don’t run!
Slow it down to a nice slow steady pace.
Slow and easy will get you through the entire 9 weeks.
Make sure you pop in here regularly and let us know how you are getting on.
At 52 you’re a mere wisp compared to some on here.
You’ll be fine.
Enjoy the journey.
I'm on week 5 and TBH joined the group after the 3rd run which is the first 20 minutes non-stop. I'd found the runs fairly comfortable up to this point but that was a struggle. If I slow my pace any more I'll be going backwards But you know what, I did the 20 mins and it did feel like quite an achievement. Thanks for the encouragement, I shall persevere
