Hey I graduated July and struggled after a small op- however I kept going little and often and am now running every Sunday with a small group of ladies ... I am so chuffed I ran 8.4 km today !!!
I remember my first run that 1 minute was soooo long !!! Keep going everyone and if I can do it anyone can !!! Xxx
Nicely done - I'm about a month behind you so 8.something km still a little way away... nice to see how graduates do, because we don't see as many of their posts..

Brilliant. Well done 👍 I would love to be saying the same in 6 months time. Still on week two so a long way to go but these posts inspire be to believe I can do it.
