Well I've just gone and entered a 5 k race for a few weeks time! I won't have finished the c25k but will be over half way and it will be a good test to see how far I have come 😁

Just take it slow and steady, try to control your breathing and treat it as any other run, just focus on getting to the end. Walking some of it is fine too.

Just don't go rocketing off, enjoy it.

Thanks, I intend on making it very slowly and won't feel deflated if I do need to walk some of it , I see it as an opportunity to be with like minded people for a practice 😁

As long as you don't try to run it all..just keep it slow and keep it steady :) Walk the warm up from the start line and then do the Week's run that you are on :) Cool down walk after:)
