I am 3 stone over weight and just completed week 3 on ct5k, after a previous false start.
My question is can I do other exercise on my run days? I do a Dance Fit class and I want to try clubize, this week one is going to fall on the same day as a run.

Although all of your exercise activities are pretty similar in terms of cardio and intensity, You will propably achieve your goal a lot quicker if you mix it uo a bit and do some HIIT and some resistance training instead of just endless cardio tbh
