Just finished w3r2, for some reason found it harder than last one, but just kept it going.
I love being out early, you notice all kind of things - wildlife, dog walkers etc, but I've never seen anyone else out running...
What made me smile today was during one of the 3 min runs (or the go slightly faster (or sometimes even slower) than a walk) was the sound of someone running behind me. Quite fast. Being someone who tries to avoid being seen, my initial reaction was one of panic - look at the state of me etc etc- but as he passed me this young lad just turned round and said hello - he treated me like a fellow runner!!! Put a spring in my step (for a little while anyway)...must go that route again 😆
Feels like I've had a glimpse of a lovely community of runners.

It is a good feeling, that first recognition from another runner. Just remember, you’re running faster than those still sat on the couch (or maybe in bed as it is still very early 😂)
