So I've just finished week 2 run 3 and me knees are hurting. They are ok when running just the rest of the time. Any tips guys??

Longer warm-up before running. Stretches and foam roller after running. Stretches and foam roller also on non-run days.

A compression sock/ leggings may also help.

Just be vigilant that it isn't something worse. If none of the above alleviates it after a week then stop running and see your GP.

Properly fitted running shoes after gait analysis. If it hurts rather than feels uncomfortable, or persists, see your GP or if you can afford it / are lucky enough to have direct access physio in your area, skip the GP and go straight to a physio who will be a lot more able to help.
