A few folk on the forum did, or are doing the 30 day challenge..Kinetic Evolution....good fun and very useful. I did it a while ago....
Just got this email from the same source...... it has content, which may interest some of you... we have had quite a few posts, recently, about calf injuries and some from slightly heavier runners too... also a section on 10K running for those who are a lot further on in their running journey...
