Hi. After much research bought a set of aftershockz. They don't go in your ear but on the bony part in front of your ear so that you can still hear traffic etc (I run on the road so it's quite important for me - kept jumping every time a car went past!). They are a bit more bulky than ear buds but do the job. There are a few types - mine were about £65. Hope this helps!

Me too! The wire gets on my nerves. Need something that stays in my ears too
