Second Park run

On the much less hilly route this week but was hotter. Still managed to run all the way. Lots of people walking parts of it. Was beaten by a 10 year old who sprinted past me right at the end.

I was too lazy to get out of bed today. Will go out tomorrow and have a plan to go further. Did you do a better time this week?

30:58 which is 3 minutes faster so I am pleased with that.

10 years old. Tut tut, no respect for their elders ;) but you ran all of it with hills and heat and in combo they are killers. Blinking brilliant well done you how inspirational.
