W2 done

Finished week 2 with a smile (and a very sweaty bright red face). Stumbled across a gentleman setting up for my local park run so I took the chance to say hello. He assured me that it's fine to walk the course and that many people do, I told him that I wanted to be able to run it and promised him and myself that I would return. It's nice to have that extra goal alongside completing the C25K. I never thought I would look forward to running, let alone enjoy it.

Parkrun is a good goal. Well done on getting to week 3.


You won't regret it. Remember to register your club as NHS C25K, just to let the world know where you have come from and so you can check out other C25Kers.
