I really don't think I could have done another minute but did it. Anyone use a GPS program also ? I'm 10.15 pace, is that about right or too slow

I'm about the same pace. Please try not to worry about the pace at the moment, it's all about completing the runs and YOU DID IT!!! Whoop whoop 👌👍

The right pace is the pace that enables you to finish the workout.............by the way, Mo Farah is faster than you......

I use a tracking app on my phone. Unfortunately, I have to start it before I strap it to my arm, so the distance covered also includes my warm-up, cool-down walks etc.

As the other folks say, the speed comes later apparently. Just make sure you plod along at your own pace.

I also use MapMyWalk app and this lets you delay the start, I delay it by 15 seconds which is enough time for me to strap my phone to my arm.

Don't bother about pace, time, speed or any other stat! Just do the sessions slowly and very carefully and all will be well 🙂
