Week 4 panic

So has anyone had to repeat Week 4? I have done Day 1 & 2 and whilst I have managed to keep going through the jogs it is more by luck than judgment. Beginning to think about repeating Week 4 before moving on to Week 5. Thoughts?

Some people do repeat, however, haven't you already done run 1 and 2? Do run 3, and, assuming you complete it, move on to week 5. The programme is designed to work you through each week.

I felt exactly the same after wk 4 run 1 & 2 but I completed run 3 today and it was the best run I've had so far something just clicked, do run 3 and then decide. You have this. 😀

I did exactly the same - week 4 run 1 and 2 were really hard - but run 3 today was definitely much better and seemed easiest run to date.

I'm optimistic about week 5 now 👍

See how you get on. Repeat any week you can't complete. I ran week 4 more than once, week 5 twice then it clicked for me at week 6. There is no shame in 'practice runs' as they build your stamina. All the best!
