Just done my 4th run.. did week 1 run 1 again as I really struggled with w1r3 and decided not to move on till I could complete the week with running on all the runs. Didn't managed one run again tonight... its not my legs that are letting me down. Its my chest. I suffer from asthma and had pneumonia last year. Please tell me it gets easier...

I have asthma too but with meds I'm doing okay. You know your own body, keep listening to it and slow right down. You may want to talk about it with your GP, if only to reassure yourself. Good luck!

From a personal point of view my asthma improved the more I exercised. I still need to take the preventer inhaler, but that is it. Chest pain has eased enormously, so you might just find it helps you too, x
