Week 1 run 2 - done :-)

W1r2 done (is that the correct lingo?!)

Have decided that during the week I am going to try and get out before work. I'm a morning person and think I might come up with excuses not to go out after work.

Just a question about rest days. I know the program is for 3 days a week, I was thinking about doing it every other day, but Tuesday evenings I have an exercise class, which means that I can hardly walk on a Wednesday, let alone run!

So, would going out on a Saturday, Monday and Thursday be ok?

As long as you have at least one rest day between runs you'll be fine so your plan sounds great. And well done on the runs so far.

Yeah sure. You are more likely to do it if it fits in with your current arrangements 🏃‍♀️🙂

As others have said, as long as you have at least one rest day, and it works for you then go for it.

Other exercise will compliment your running: swimming, walking, cycling, yoga, etc. So rest day is a bit of a misnomer - it just means no running.
