W3R3 after knee rest

It's been a week since I've run due to knee pain. So today I slowed down to a 10:30 pace while running, and that seemed to help the knee a lot. Finished up pretty easy after the week off! Running slower or not, I'm dreading the 5 minute runs on week 4, we shall see.

Well done for getting to the end of W3. Don't look too far ahead, take each run as it comes and trust in the programme. Slow is the way to go and you'll get there. You can do it ... happy running!

Running slower is excellent!!! It is the only way!

Glad the knee is sorted, so keep it slow... and don't dread what is to come, simply focus on how far you have come and the now!!!
