Can't access when out 😩

I can't seem to access the app whilst I'm out. Is there any way of downloading it ?

Hey,

Yeah. Go on nhs website and download the week's podcast you need. Its not the same people as the app but the routine is same. Its what I use.

Thanks, just been having a look. It's a shame the other one can't be downloaded as I liked how I could still play my own music and the dial showing how far you were through the program 😕

Yeah it is but you might get used to it. I actually get into the music they play in podcast lol
