Workouts in week 5

I'm a bit confused about week 5, why are there 3 workouts, which do you choose? Do you do all 3 before moving onto week 6? Do you have a week (3 runs) of each work out? Sorry for being a bit clueless.

In the program that I am doing (there are various different programs out there but they're pretty much all same) that all three different runs each week, gradually building up on the running time and reducing the walking time. The idea is to do the program every other day.

Do each of the runs once, total of three runs in this week same as other weeks.

Good luck runner😀👍🏼

Week 5 is the 'transition' week. Up to now you've repeated each run three times (so Week 4 is the same run, three times for example). In week five, there are three separate runs: W5r1, W5r2, W5r3. Do each one, once in that order with a rest day in between. When you've run W5r3, move on to W6r1.

Thank you. Only I'm week 2 and week 5 looks scary. Determined to follow the plan though I'd love to be able to do a park run

Number 1 rule of C25K - "Don't look ahead".

You'll be ready for the next week, just do the runs in the preceding week and they condition you for what is coming up next.
