I'm following the fitness 22 0-5k programme, just finished week 3...actually ran for 3 mins twice, can't quite believe I'm doing it.... the advice in this forum is brilliant and it's nice to read everyone's stories, you are all an inspiration

Fantastic. I'm starting week 3 on Thursday. So far I am just about managing 90 seconds so not looking forward to going at it for 3 minutes :-(

I thought the same to be honest, but I bet you'll be fine, guess you have to trust the program...I've got 4 min runs coming up and slightly dreading those, I think it's human nature but I always think about the feeling of self achievement afterwards which is great...good luck for your next run
