I'm sorry for being quite and not writing. My last run that I completed was W5R3, but my knee hurt so I made some break. I hoped for only few days. As I got new job this Monday, I am too busy with it, or rather too exhausted. I try to move as much as I can. I am trying to have a longer walk with my beloved dog every day. But I am not even managing to reach 10k steps everyday. On top of that, I caught something, probably just small common cold, so runny nose and general being weak does not help me to motivate myself to go out there and run even a little.
I need to get used to new schedule and make it work for me.
But I'll be back on track. Hopefully soon
Cheers,
Iga

Just keep moving! 🙂 You have to take your dog for a walk which us a good thing as it means you have to go out 🙂 Walking the dog is a great thing to do and will help you with the programme and your fitness in general
It's often exhausting starting a new job, particularly if it's challenging and there's a lot to learn. If running is a challenge too much at the moment, how about scheduling a longer walk with your dog during your usual running times. Or if your usual runs are no longer possible because of the job, use these first few weeks to work out when you'll be able to fit them in again once things settle down
(For me, it's nearly a year since I started my current job - I'm loving it and am so pleased I took the plunge, but remember how exhausted I was for the first month. I have no idea how I managed to keep running through that time!)
It's a great advice, thank you. I will plan when would be the best time for running/exercising.
I will try longer walls next week. This week I struggle to go at all, but I try to push myself and make them 30 min long. Even if I'm not walking fast or even if I'm doing some breaks, bit at least I'm outside on fresh air
