To infinity and beyond.....

Away for a few days for half term, so I turned out from the Premier Inn at the Tees Barrage at half seven this morning, thinking I'd head down to the Infinity Bridge and back.... Nice morning, not many people about and I decided to take a break from Stepping Stone and Speed, and went back to the Week 9 podcast... And I had a lovely run, taking in the scenery, discovering that actually I could do two laps from the barrage to the bridge and back the other side in 30 minutes.... One short walk break that I put down to having a cold, didn't really push too hard. And yet the tracker showed me doing 4.4km, averaging just under 7 min/km and in fact the last mile was at more like 6:30/km pace - maybe the 5k+ ones are showing their worth! And it meant I felt fully justified in having a big chocolatey pud after tea! 😄
